Getting pregnant may be confusing as your body faces enormous changes in a very short time. As a result, you have to adjust really quickly to what is happening. Some of your old habits, especially related to lifestyle and hobbies, should be left behind and some new ones should be adopted. How would you deal with that?  Tattooing your body during pregnancy is not recommended. While professional tattoo parlors have little to no chance to transmit diseases due to sterility issues, another problem may occur. While the amount of ink will not give you any effects, there are no studies about the effect of inks on the fetus. For your baby's safety, wait until the delivery before getting your body inked.

The concern about sitting in front of computer all day is that its electromagnetic field is feared to trigger miscarriage. You will be glad to know that this is not true. However, long period of sitting can disturb your blood circulation as well as create back pain. Take frequent breaks and move around a lot to avoid problems with your circulation.

Teens Tattoos

Almost all teens nowadays want to have a tattoo on some part of their body. But teens are least aware of tattoo design. And to top it all most of them have clashes with parents over their consent. In most places if you are 18 and above you can get a tattoo on your own but if you are under that age you will need parent's consent. All they want is a tattoo so they just head to a tattoo shop and get a tattoo done once they reach 18 or get parents permission. Not selecting the right tattoo design for first tattoo is like many other mistakes one does in teen years. 

 A tattoo design is much more than just a piece of artwork on your body. It shows your personality. Many times tattoos also express one's feelings. Other than that there are many other things you should consider and pick a right design for your first tattoo.

Now it's the first time you are getting your tattoo. You must have heard from your friends that it's painful but so is piercing and many other things. But that's not a reason to select smallest tattoo design in the shop. Many times such small designs may not be that visible as you want them to.

Pregnant Tattoos

Alright the reason I bring this up is because my husband and I are toying around with the idea of trying to have a baby in a year or so. So that got me thinking, are there any risks or anything else I should know about regarding tattoos and pregnancy. 

 First and foremost I have found out that if for some ridiculous reason you want to get a new tattoo while you are pregnant you will more than likely have a hard time finding a tattoo artist that will actually do it. There isn't really any rules or laws pertaining to pregnant women getting a tattoo but most artist feel it isn't worth the risk and that you should wait until after the baby is born to get your tattoo.

Also another interesting thing I found out is that there is some kind of myth going around that if you have a back tattoo that you can not get an epidural. There have only been a few studies conducted on this matter and of those studies nothing conclusively found any data that shows that there are risks, so most anesthesiologists have no problem giving an epidural to a woman with a back tattoo. But just in case you are worried about this you should contact your local hospital or doctor and see what they say. I know someone you has a tattoo on her lower back and she had an epidural without any problems so I don't really see what the fuss is about.
